What Is Solution Focussed Coaching?

The Results Coaching Model leverages existing strengths and resources for transformational and sustainable change. 
Utilising this model with my clients, I focus on setting clear goals, identifying obstacles, and creating actionable plans to achieve desired outcomes. By emphasizing solutions rather than problems, clients are empowered to take control of their lives and make meaningful progress.

What is Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy?

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that combines hypnosis with solution-focused techniques to resolve clinical conditions and improve confidence, performance, physical, and emotional health. 
I work with clients to improve their understanding of how the mind works, why stress, anxiety and depression arise and what can be done to resolve blocked traumas or emotions, negative thought patterns or behaviours.  Clients will then create solutions that work for them.  By accessing the subconscious mind to reinforce positive behaviours and thought patterns, clients will be empowered to create lasting change. 
The benefits of Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy include improved sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, improved mental clarity, and enhanced overall well-being.

Is Coaching a Type of Therapy?

Coaching provides an opportunity to reflect on your life plan, identify challenges and blockages that are holding you back and create actionable plans to improve performance. If you are looking to obtain therapy, Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy will be a a more relevant approach for you. All support provided by The Interconnected Coach is person centred and the right intervention for you will be provided based on your goals.

How Many Sessions Would be Required?

All support is provided based on client needs. For the majority of clients, normally 6-8 coaching sessions would be sufficient for you to achieve your goals. For Clinical Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy, between 6-12 sessions may be required, particularly to resolve anxiety or depression. Phobias can be resolved in 3 sessions and stopping smoking in one session.
